3. Booking and Payments
All excursions listed on the website are offered by third-party operators. Bookings made through this website are subject to confirmation by the provider. Prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are explicitly stated.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and assumes responsibility for all persons included in the booking. Accurate personal information must be provided. Vantastic Tours is not responsible for errors or omissions submitted by the customer.

4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled excursion may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the provider's policy. No-shows or late arrivals are not entitled to refunds. Some activities may have more restrictive cancellation policies, which will be outlined at the time of booking.

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and operator terms. If an activity is cancelled by the provider due to weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons, Vantastic Tours will assist in rescheduling or processing a refund.

5. Participant Responsibilities
You are responsible for arriving on time and complying with safety instructions provided by the operator. Activities involving vehicles require a valid, full driver’s license. Failing to meet requirements (e.g., minimum age, fitness level, documentation) may result in denied participation without refund.

6. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
Vantastic Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays incurred during excursions. All activities are undertaken at your own risk and governed by the third-party provider’s terms. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of excursion details provided by operators.

7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any non-performance or service disruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, severe weather, or government restrictions.

8. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@vantastictours.com within 7 days of the excursion date. We will work to resolve complaints promptly with our partners. Disputes will be governed by the laws of Spain and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

9. Data Protection and Privacy
